On March 2 & 3, AJV is once again participating in Amplify Austin, the annual day of giving for non-profits in the Austin area. Last year, you blew us away and raised $25,000 for the club and scholarship fund. This year, our club-wide goal is to raise $50,000 before 6pm on March 3!

THE COMPETITION

This will be a friendly, fun team competition with awesome prizes. Each team has a unique link to their fundraising page that can be shared with friends, neighbors, extended family members, etc to try to reach their team goal of $1000. CLICK HERE TO FIND YOUR TEAM’S LINK. Share this link to collect donations under your team’s name. Although the actual event days are March 2 & 3, donations can be collected now and will be counted toward your total. All donations must be collected by 6pm on Thursday, March 3 to count toward any prizes.

THE PRIZES

• The teams with the highest donation total OR the most unique donors will receive photo banners in both the Central and Cedar Park gyms!
• Teams that reach their fundraising goal of $1000 will win a free, custom designed team shirt! Design your own or choose from one of our templates.

THE REASON

AJV strives to provide opportunities for young athletes to achieve their full potential through the promotion of leadership, teamwork, friendship, character, goal setting and self-discipline. Your donations can go directly to our athletes who otherwise wouldn’t have the opportunity to be mentored by our coaches, build relationships with their teammates, and strive for athletic greatness. With your help, ALL athletes in the Austin area can experience the joy and excitement of being part of a volleyball team!

General donations are also crucial to the foundation of our mission. We strive to provide the best facilities, coaches, and resources for athletes in the Central Texas area. Your donations help fund these assets to give our athletes the best chance at success, now and in their future.

About Austin Junior Volleyball

Austin Junior Volleyball is a non-profit youth organization founded in 1984 as a girl’s volleyball club and has steadily grown over the years to include over 40 teams of all levels, both boys and girls, ranging from 10- to 18-year-olds. The teams participate extensively throughout Texas and in other tournaments around the country. The junior volleyball teams that Austin Juniors hosts are a vehicle for young athletes to improve their skills and to be seen by college coaches in hopes of being recruited and receive a college athletic scholarship.
