*All Entry Fees are payable via AES, a check in the mail to Austin Sports Center Central (ATTN: ATX Showcase), or an E-Check via email to sclark@austinsportscenter.com and eventstaff@austinsportscenter.com(eCheck's do not have additional fees)
Schedule and Flow Charts will be posted on AES when available.
This tournament will be hosted over 2 days (Sat-Sun)

- R1 will be provided
- Work teams will be responsible for providing the R2
We reserve the right to combine divisions for tournament scheduling purposes to ensure proper formatting and match count.
Tie Breakers will not be played out at this tournament.
All ties will be determined by Match %, Set %, Point %
(2-way ties will be determined by Head to Head)
All teams must check-in online prior to their first match. There will be no on-site check-in and no paper copies will be accepted at the event. A cell phone number of a coach onsite must be entered.

Hotels - stay to play
This is a stay-to-play tournament. If you do not see enough rooms available for your team or your preferred hotel is sold out, please make an alternate selection or contact EM2 Housing for assistance immediately. Hotel availability can change regularly throughout the season. If you book rooms on your own with a hotel directly or through an alternate housing website, your team will not qualify to participate in this stay-to-play tournament.

*Wave assignments and locations are tentative & could be subject to change based on registration returns.
All divisions that start at the ACC will remain there for the duration of the tournament.
Teams playing at the SMAC, ASC Central, and Central Texas Fieldhouse MAY play in the ACC on day 2.
Some teams playing at the RRSC, PAC, and ASC Cedar Park have the potential to play in a different location on day 2.

- Appropriate non-marking athletic shoes are required on all competition floors.
