Eric Valdez began his volleyball career in 2008 when he started training to play beach volleyball. He started coaching indoor volleyball in 2009 and since then has been nonstop coaching. Has coached 11s,13s, 14s, and now in 2023-2024 is making the jump to a traveling 16s team. Eric is very passionate about coaching, he learned from his late father how to be a coach and feels like coaching is in his DNA. I am excited about this upcoming season.
