I played volleyball through high school and club in Chicago, moved to Texas when I was recruited and offered a scholarship to play at the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio.  While playing volleyball for UIW I met my life long friends and my better half, Stephen.  I was an all conference middle while playing in college and started my club coaching career, my family, and my nursing education.  My family is my greatest treasure and my ultimate accomplishment.  We have 5 children ranging from 5-22 years of age.  I have coached club volleyball for over 20 years and had many notable seasons, last year being one of the best with AJV 14 Helix finishing 5th at the AAU National Tournament.  I am grateful for the opportunity to coach volleyball, it is the sport that has always given me so much more than volleyball.
