I have been coaching with Austin Juniors since 2015 and overall I have been coaching for 9 years now, from 11s to 13s to 15s. My coaching philosophy is to emphasize the process and then the result.  Technique is sometimes more important to me than the result.  I like to have my teams serve tough, run a fast offense and tenacious defense.

Past accolades:

• 2016:  11 Cedar Park:  Finished 3rd at Lone Star Classic and 3rd at Lone Star Regionals
• 2019:  13 Toro:  Qualified for Texas Championship Series, 2nd at ATX Showcase
• 2021:  15 Cedar Park:  Qualified for Texas Championship Series, 9th at Lone Star Classic, 2nd at Pacific NW Qualifier
