Coaches

Austin Junior Volleyball is proud of our excellent coaching staff and we feel it is the strength of our program. AJV coaching is led by Glen Lietzke, who has coached both AJV National Championship teams. Glen is a former collegiate coach at the University of Texas where he helped train one Player of the Year, nine All-Americans and 14 All-Conference Middle Blockers. He has also served as an assistant coach for the USA Youth and Junior National teams. 

Our coaching staff includes:

• 18 current or former High School or Junior High coaches
• 9 coaches with collegiate coaching experience
• 18 coaches that have coached at Junior Olympics
• 18 coaches with NCAA women's collegiate volleyball playing experience
