In order to take advantage of these promotions, just follow these two steps:
1) Print the coupons out at home and bring them to Dallas
2) Bring your coupons and the luggage tag to the participating location and SAVE!
Stay to Play and Save will be offered for each room booked into the block. There are many benefits to staying in our block that will save you money. Including;
- Don’t worry about checking a ball bag on your flight and save up to $50. Teams flying in from out of town and staying in our block will be able to borrow balls during the weekend during the tournament. Forget the inconvenience of hauling ball bags to and from the hotel, check them out at the tournament site each day. **Sign up required- see directions below.
- Merchandise In-Booth Promotions
- Every room will receive a coupon package (to be e-mailed) for Dallas area dining, retail and attractions (Over $250 Value).
- We have negotiated the most economical rates and hotel packages with some of the finest and most convenient hotels to the Dallas Convention Center. Rates as low as $75. The average savings over last year's rates is over $20.
- If you are a large group with special needs, please feel free to call us so we can address those needs.
**Sign Up Required- While supplies last. Once your tournament registration is confirmed; please e-mail hotels@austinsportscenter.com to sign up. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your sign-up goes through.
